RuzaFlat is a personal project of seasonal rental flats in Ruzafa, Valencia.
It is managed directly by the owner of the building.
Designed to offer you an experience in the seasonal rental stay with all the warmth and with a direct treatment.
Our apartment building, located in the heart of the Ruzafa district in Valencia, houses three renovated flats with their own personality. Here, tradition and modernity meet to offer you a comfortable, cosy and very pleasant place.
Perfect for your temporary and specific stay in Valencia, whether you are doing a training, a temporary job, you are a digital nomad, or you are evaluating the city as a future destination, we can rent you a flat in Ruzafa, in Valencia, fully equipped with everything you need to achieve a very pleasant temporary stay.
RuzaFlat, are NOT tourist flats, as stated in the Decree Law 9/2024, as we only offer flats for rent for stays of more than 10 days and up to 365 days and its use is NOT for permanent residence, so you can not register or use this address as a permanent residence in any case.
