The flat has two spacious double rooms, an office style space where you will find the kitchen, a leather chesse long sofa (convertible into a bed of 150), as well as the TV. There is also a hallway with a table to enjoy a meal. It also has a large bathroom with shower (140×190). The total capacity, in normal conditions, is for 4 people, who would sleep in 2 double beds of 150 cm, one in each bedroom. If needed, two more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed which can be converted into a 150×190 cm long bed.
Each room is approximately 18 square metres in size.

It is ideal for 2 couples who, in addition to using the bedrooms, would like to live together in a spacious room with TV and sofa.
